    1  设备结构
    1  Device Structure
        该打磨设备采用1.2mm厚镀锌板翻边、组合式装配结构,外形美观,经济而用,更便于运输与组装,滤筒才用直接有卡盘卡在多孔板上,便于用户检修和更换滤筒,使滤筒不易磨损而且有助于清灰;滤料根据用户的实际需要进行选择。

    1.2  工作原理
    1.2   Working Principles:
            本设备采用负压式设计,即含尘气体由进风口进入下箱体,通过滤简进行过滤,由于滤筒的各种效应作用将粉尘、气体分离开。粉尘被吸附在滤筒上,而气体穿过滤筒由文氏管进入上箱体,净化后的空气可以直接通过除尘器的回风口排出,完成整个系统的循环。含尘气体通过滤简净化的过程中,随着时间的增加,积聚在滤筒上的粉尘越来越多,因而使滤筒的阻力逐渐增加,通过滤简的气体量逐渐减少,为了使除尘器能正常工作,设备安装了脉冲自控清理装置,是由脉冲控制仪发出指令按顺序触发每个控制阀,开启脉冲阀,使气包内的压缩空气由喷吹管经各孔文氏管喷射到各对应的滤筒内,滤筒在气流瞬间反向作用下急剧膨胀,使积在滤简表面的粉尘脱落,滤筒得到再生,被清掉粉尘的粉尘落入灰斗。灰斗采用推拉式结构,清灰过程快捷方便。上部设有卸灰板,******灰尘全部集中到灰斗。

Ash bucket adopts push-pull structure, the process of ash removal is quick and convenient. The upper part is provided with ash discharge board to ensure that all dust is concentrated in the dust hopper
